Adequate load security is vital in ensuring safe load transport, reducing the risk of vehicle rollover, load shifts and falling loads, as well as avoiding product damage.
Employers and the driver have legal responsibilities to ensure that loads transported by road are secured properly to prevent load movement.
This course is designed to provide a sound understanding of why loads shift and what can be done to prevent it, as well as addressing common misconceptions around load security.
Practical examples of load restraint will be given.
