In the increasing climate of Farm Diversification, businesses are now dealing with the public more than in the past. These valuable skills have perhaps been unnecessary in the past but are now a growing need for the Rural business. It will aim to show you how to correctly - Greet customers effectively face to face and on the telephone. Use appropriate body language. Find out your customers needs by asking the right questions. Ensure your actions satisfy the customer's needs.
Learn to cope with difficult customers. Handle and deal with customer complaints. Confidently assist customers. Using e-mail. Using voice mail. Answering complaint letters. Do that something extra that EXCEEDS customers expectations.
This course also includes communication coaching, between staff members, to optimise performance in dealing with customers as a team. The course is interactive. A wide range of training media is used and it will appeal to all learning styles and preferences
