Livestock farmers are looking for ways to improve the value of their animals. Many have expressed an interest or are involved with farmer’s markets/farm shops. Skills are required to help prepare, oversee and merchandise the meat to enable as high as return as possible. This course provides practical butchery skills and preparation of cuts through to marketing to help them gain the most from this diversification.
