Designed to improve trainees' building/plumbing skills so that they can make improvements/maintain the estate and avoid costly labour bills from contractors. Over the 2 days candidates will be left with enough knowledge to carry out most of the repairs found in and around the farm.
In the world of farm diversification these skills will enable employees to divide their time between common farming activities and the businesses diversification projects such as barn conversion, holiday lets etc.
